CRM System ! Do I Need One?
Greetings of the day from SalesMantra.com !!!
As you are aware that in today’s
dynamic market pace, organizations have to be in pace with the newly emerging
trends and practices. A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is also one of
such tools which are vital for every organization who have a sales team of 2 or
more people. Now days, people feels CRM synonymous to ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning). Here comes a big NO from our side. Though the two are similar, but
not the same.
Entrepreneurs overlook the
need of implementing CRM in their organization assuming that:
- · Our organization is not big enough to install a CRM or ERP.
- · It will cost lakhs (or crores sometimes) of rupees.
- · Monitoring Sales Force by excel sheet reports is as good as monitoring them through CRM.
Rather, it’s the only tool in
market place which provides a realistic platform to monitor sales executives
and their day to activities. As we have mentioned earlier, cost of implementing
CRM is very negligible when we compare it with the benefits coming out of that
CRM.
Let’s make it clear by a proper cost-benefit analysis in
which we are comparing the cost incurred in implementing SalesMantra with the benefits coming
out of it.
